Update & Friday Night
We're three weeks away from the Mammoth weekend! We've gotten so many cool responses from so many folks that are coming to town and from locals who are coming as well. Lots of odds & ends to cover:
1) Friday Night: We will meet up on Friday night at West End Wine Bar on West Franklin Street for drinks starting at 8pm. They'll be doing some drink specials and, weather permitting, we will take over the rooftop patio. We'd like to get a head count on who is planning to be there so please email jenn@thesplintergroup.netand let us know.
2) Tickets for Saturday: Tickets for the Cradle show are on sale now and selling fast. We suggest you get yours ASAP by clicking here. It's not like the old days..no guest list for this!
3) Hotel: We have been unsuccessful getting a block of rooms at The Franklin. They have a large party/meeting in the hotel on Friday the 24th and the date to release holds has passed without cancellations. We are happy to help with ideas or look into getting a block/package deal but it may make sense for everyone to act on their own. Sorry!
4) Facebook: There's more activity on Facebook than on this here ning site, so you might want to head over there if so included for a more up to date list of who is coming and some other chatter. Or go back & forth!
5) Friends, Interns: Lots of folks have asked if they can bring friends and invite interns and the answer is..hell, yeah! In fact, we encourage it. There's no way we have been able to reach out to everyone that was involved with Mammoth so we actually need your help to do so. Let's get everyone to the show and to town to have a good time.
